This phone met all my expectations. I use it as a talk and text phone, and it does both well.
2. Huawei G6151 - Bad Experience
I appear to be the first to review this phone. Another Huawei phone (G6220) sold by Amazon has several reviewers pointing out that they were receiving phones with Spanish manuals, and had to download the English version. So, step one (BEFORE ordering the phone) is to download the English manual.
I was going to explain that downloading the manual is an important first step before ordering any phone, as it will give you accurate information on what features the phone really has. Of course, for Huawei's G6151, this is not true.
The Huawei web site has what it claims is the English manual for the G6151 as well as an alleged specifications document. The specifications document has supposedly important information that the manual does not cover. For example, the manual says you can install a microSD card. The Specifications document claims that it supports microSD cards up to 8GB. Although other (non-Hwawei) sources on the web claim it can support up to 32MB...
