I bought this phone for my mom who lives in Honduras. She did not have to do anything else, just put the old Ship, and a memory of 2 Gigabytes (to store pictures, etc.), immediately entered signal. Works perfectly, is an excellent Cellular phone, strong and very easy to handle. My mom is very pleased.

Great GSM phone that is also a good mirror =)
Great phone with a shiny, reflective mirror finish. Call quality sounded great and no problem with texting, taking photos, or getting voicemail. The mirror finish on the front will, as another review put it, pick up more fingerprints than a CSI detective. Only other issue is the way the phone is weighted or designed sometimes makes it hard to use buttons (such as the power button at the very bottom and the center navigation button) with your thumb while holding it in one hand. However, I have larger hands so this might not be a problem for someone with smaller hands.
